Trainers and end users, please be aware Ultimat Defence Limited do not advocate the mixing of or introduction of other similar pieces of training equipment/sports equipment into Black Wall Original or Black Wall e-line in order to construct or extend confined space training environments of any kind.
The use or the mixing of spurious equipment with the Ultimat confined space training systems will immediately invalidate any insurances or support offered or inferred by Ultimat Defence Limited.
The introduction or mixing of other equipment with our products will be deemed an infringement of usage conditions. Ultimat Defence do not accept any responsibility or liability should an accident or injury occur.
We advise that all users and equipment of the training area are subject to continual risk assessments and persons using the room are supplied with adequate personal protection equipment as necessary. In the case of all training equipment, any repairs & maintenance should be carried out immediately as & when required.
Black Wall is designed to “reduce” injury, it will not remove the risk completely, risk of serious injury from accidental or intended impacts will still be there, Black Wall, Floor mats and wall padding are not “fail safe” devices.
Uncontrolled or unsupervised training, along with the escalation of “normal and safe” training practice should be avoided.
As with any Physical training tuition it is the responsibility of the instructors/persons delivering the program to risk assess the environment, student and instructors’ ability levels and ensure that all participants are aware of all dangers at all times.
