We do accept official purchase orders from government departments and local authorities.
The best way is to contact our Sales team to discuss the options available. Sometimes a site visit is required, however on other occasions, dimensions provided by yourselves along with photos will often suffice to provide an initial estimate. Further information can be found in the Training Rooms information under info on the header bar.
This can sometime be done depending on the item to be manufactured, however this would need to be assessed on a project by project basis. Please contact our sales team to discuss your project.
The majority of our products come with a 12 months manufacturer’s defects warranty, however any misuse of a product will void any warranties. There are certain items that are not covered by a 12 months warranty as they are consumable items and would not be expected to last 12 months during normal usage. See full terms and conditions of sale for further details.
Most products can be purchased by the general public, however there are restrictions on certain items either by law or from a company policy. Some restricted item can still be purchased by companies outside of Law Enforcement if it can be proved as to what the item will be used for.
This can vary from product to product and also the time of year. We do try to keep some items in stock, however many of our larger items are manufactured to order.
In the majority of cases yes, full details can be found in our returns policy. Some items however may not be returnable if bespoke or manufactured to order.
Certain items we manufacture such as our training guns, swords, grenades etc. should not to be carried around in public. There have been a number of cases where training/replica weapons have been carried in public places and the police have responded in the same way they would to a live/real weapon. The advice we give is, if it looks real enough, don’t take it out in public.
